Our team is actively developing the Cloud HED model through comprehensive review of related concepts such as cloud technologies, cloud education, cloud-based learning, and digital twins. This analysis will provide structure to the whole-university shift to a cloud model during temporary emergency states.

Simultaneously, we are conducting a best-practice analysis of 15-20 higher education institutions worldwide that are already implementing aspects of a Cloud University model. This analysis examines technological infrastructures, pedagogical approaches, management structures, and other relevant aspects that will inform our implementation guidelines.
