The CLOUD HED project continues to make significant progress in developing an evidence-based whole-university solution for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) operating under crisis conditions. Our research focuses on armed conflicts and emergency situations, with the goal of creating a comprehensive Cloud University Model that enables institutions to maintain operations during challenging times.

We are pleased to report that our research team has completed over 50 interviews with experts in Ukraine and Israel, and we are approximately halfway through interviews with experts from the former Yugoslavia. These interviews include both HEI representatives and external higher education experts, providing valuable insights into adaptation strategies during conflicts.

Additionally, we have begun interviews with higher education experts from Poland and Latvia, as well as specialists on post-WW2 higher education in Austria. These diverse perspectives are critical for developing a robust framework that can be applied across different crisis contexts.
