New book publication:
Higher Education in Times of War and Crisis
How can higher education institutions respond to war, crises and systemic disruption, and strengthen their institutional resilience? These questions are explored in the forthcoming edited volume Higher Education in Times of War and Crisis: Institutional Resilience, Responses, and Preparedness in Contexts of Armed Conflict and Systemic Disruption.
The volume is the result of the CLOUD HED project co-financed by the European Union. Drawing on a range of contexts and case studies, it examines how higher education institutions respond to the impacts of armed conflict and systemic crises, which institutional resilience strategies are being developed, and how higher education institutions can prepare for future crises.
Published as Volume 8 in the Higher Education: Linking Research, Policy and Practice series by Brill, the volume brings together contributions that connect research, higher education policy and institutional practice.
