The CLOUD HED project is pleased to announce the upcoming CLOUD HED Fireplace Talk on “Digital Teaching in Low-Resource Environments and Unstable Infrastructure”, taking place online on 16 September 2026 at 09:00 Central European Time.

 

The event will bring together invited speakers from different higher education and crisis-affected contexts to share practical experiences, challenges, and lessons learned on maintaining education under unstable conditions. The discussion will explore how universities and educators can adapt digital teaching when access to electricity, internet connection, devices, safe learning spaces, or institutional routines cannot be taken for granted.

 

The session is especially relevant for educators, higher education institutions, researchers, policy actors, and organisations working on digital education, crisis resilience, learning continuity, internationalisation, and higher education transformation.
