On April 16–17, 2026, the CLOUD HED consortium convened at UKSW in Warsaw for an internal project meeting. The primary focus was the finalisation of Work Package 4 (WP4), which centres on developing training programmes and materials for higher education teachers operating in contexts of war and armed conflict.

Building on insights from a recent survey involving 44 higher education teachers across four countries, the consortium identified key training needs and priorities. Discussions addressed both the content and delivery formats of the training, culminating in a clear division of tasks among partners for the next phase.

The second day was dedicated to dissemination activities. The CLOUD HED project was presented at the conference Innovation in Theology, hosted by UKSW. Despite the audience being from a different disciplinary background, the project generated strong interest and engagement.
